THE
ONE AND ONLY!
"LEAH"
Leah was Grey Haven's first Connemara and will always be very
special.
She is a well balanced, athletic mare with that "look at
me" attitude. An excellent mover with a quality walk,
a cadenced trot with a lift and extension and a balanced uphill
canter. She is sensitive and responsive to the aids,
forward and energetic. She has the dressage
movement I love!
She
is a very striking, pretty mare and well put together. She
is level headed and kind. She is an excellent mother
and all of her babies have her loving, willing attitude.
They have great minds and are very easy to start under
saddle. Leah has given us
four beautiful foals. A
filly by *Ballinaboy Eamonn and three colts, GH Paddy MacDaire by
GH Collin O'Patrick and GH Reilly MacDaire and GH Keegan MacDaire
all by*Robuck.
In 2005, Leah received ACPS
Gold Medal in Dressage and placed USDF All Breed Awards.
Look for Leah in the show ring along with her sons, Paddy,
Reilly and Keegan!

BRIGHANNA DAY
(WINDY DAY X MAC'S BAR BY DUN
AENGUS)
ACPS M1877 XXXVIII
31 JULY 1998
Grey 14.2 H
Bri
is the classic old-type Connemara. She has some
very well-known Irish bloodlines, her grandsire is Dun Aengus.
She has exceptional bone, great balance, wonderful feet and a
"pocket pony" personality. Bri is the first one
to walk up, say hello and ask for a scratch, nuzzling your neck
in thanks. She is a kind and gentle mare that everyone
loves.
She
did well in her short 2006 dressage career, receiving her ACPS
Silver Award in Dressage and USDF All Breed 3rd place at
Training Level with a 65% scores. This was accomplished in
two weekends. She has given us two foals both by our
stallion, *Robuck - GH Rosanna Day and GH Danny Day.

(CASTLE COMET x CHILTERN QUOTA BY
CHILTERN MANIKIN)

ACPS M1914 XXXVIII ECPS 1555
GREY/DUN 14.1 H
Elle is a very lovely and elegant mare with a gorgeous
head. She has correct conformation with a well shaped neck
set on a very good shoulder. She loves attention
especially if the other mares have to wait while she gets
it. She did very well in her first season in the
dressage arena and is giving Leah a run for her money for the
title of dressage queen at Grey Haven. In 2006, Elle
received her ACPS Gold Medal in Dressage and was Reserve
Champion - 2nd in USDF All Breed Awards in Training with a 66%.
Elle's
sire, Castle Comet, is the only pony to be Champion of Champions
at HOYS 2002 and Champion at Olympia in 2004. Comet was
Junior Champion at the Clifden Pony Show, Ireland in 1996 and
1997. He was BCPS Breed Show Supreme In-hand Champion in
2000 and 2003.
Elle's
dam Chiltern Quota was Supreme In-hand Champion British
Connemara Breed Show in 1999. And also In-hand Broodmare
Champion at NPS Malvern and Supreme In-hand of the Show at
Ponies UK in 1999.
